Understanding of the architecture, capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce application coupled with good understanding of business processes. Good To Have: Service Cloud specialization. Salesforce Certified PD1, Service Cloud. Experience with SFDX, Dev Ops Process and Release Management. Responsibilities: Requirement gathering from client with respect to Salesforce development. Designing and developing the salesforce flow. Peer review of deliverables. Working with the operational teams during the UAT(User Acceptance Testing) and production roll-out. Fixing bugs during UAT and SIT (have knowledge of debugging for troubleshoot errors presented). Demonstrates ability to learn and retain complex material.
