Role - Nutritionist Marketing & Customer Service Operations Specialist (Delhi NCR) Health & Nutrition experience or qualifications will be preferred. A Health or Nutrition Professional who is comfortable with sales and marketing will be the best fit for this role. Salary Range : INR 15,000 to 30,000 + Variable Incentive - 10% to 20% of Fixed Salary based on performance. (Depending upon experience & qualifications). Experience : 2 to 8 years Responsibilities: Customer Communication and Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries across multiple platforms, including email, telephone, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Respond to customer questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Workshop and Program Management: Handle all aspects of workshop coordination, including logistics, communication, and participant registration. Manage and support a diverse range of health workshops with external experts. Add paid participants to the relevant main communication groups, ensuring they have access to all necessary information. Digital Communication and Outreach: Send daily messages and updates to all WhatsApp groups to keep participants informed and engaged. Manage and schedule planned program messages via other communication channels to ensure the timely delivery of important information. Required Skills and Qualifications: Graduation in Nutrition or a Health-related field. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. Proficiency in using various communication tools, including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and email. A proactive and resourceful attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with workshop or event planning and coordination is a significant advantage. Familiarity with the Nutrition topics covered in our workshops (e.g., sustainability, healthy living, food preparation) is a plus.
