JOB DESCRIPTION

Overall Responsibilities:

As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Java, Selenium, BDD Cucumber, and SQL. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design efficient and scalable software applications, and ensure the seamless integration of software components.

Software Requirements:

  • Proficient in Java programming language for backend development and automation scripting.
  • Hands-on experience in Selenium for web application testing and automation.
  • Strong knowledge of BDD Cucumber for behavior-driven development and test automation.
  • Proficiency in SQL for database management and data manipulation.

Category-wise Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Java for backend development and automation scripting.
  • Testing and Automation :
  • Hands-on experience in Selenium for web application testing and automation.
  • Strong knowledge of BDD Cucumber for behavior-driven development and test automation.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, particularly in Java, Selenium, BDD Cucumber, and SQL.
  • Proven track record in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using the mentioned technologies.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze software requirements.
  • Design and develop efficient and scalable software solutions using Java and Selenium.
  • Implement BDD Cucumber for behavior-driven development and test automation.
  • Utilize SQL for database management, data manipulation, and query optimization.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.

Qualifications & Soft Skills:

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive approach to learning and development.
