Qualifications

  • Experience with customer service and managing inbound and outbound calls
  • Strong data entry and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-stress situations
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Basic computer and software proficiency, including MS Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a BPO or similar environment is a plus
