Overview Oracle FinanceTechnoFunctional (Production Support) plays a crucial role inensuring the seamless functioning of the Oracle Finance systemwithin the organization. This role involves providing technical andfunctional support to maintain the stability and efficiency of theOracle Finance module.KeyResponsibilities
  • Who canlead the production support functional and technical team and havean overall understanding of the functionality Should have goodapplication expertise
  • Manufacturingindustry experience is aplus
  • Good in Costingmodule
  • Testing anddocumentation skills; Debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Would be 70%functional and 30% technical (Out of 30% technical heshould be able to write SQL queries Debugging ifrequired)
  • Provide technical and functionalsupport for the Oracle Finance system
  • Resolveproduction support issues and incidentspromptly
  • Collaborate with business users tounderstand their requirements and provide effectivesolutions
  • Participate in system enhancementsupgrades and customizations
  • Perform systemtesting and support end users during UAT
  • Createand maintain technical and functionaldocumentation
  • Conduct root cause analysis forrecurring issues and implement preventivemeasures
  • Work with crossfunctional teams tointegrate Oracle Finance with othersystems
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries fordata analysis and reporting
  • Provide trainingand support to end users asrequired
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield
  • 8 years of experience in Oracle Financetechnofunctional support
  • Strong understandingof Oracle Finance modules and their integration with othersystems
  • Proficiency in SQL Debugging and OracleEBusiness Suite
  • Ability to analyze complexproblems and develop effective solutions
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills
  • Experience in system testing and UATsupport
  • Knowledge of finance and accountingprinciples is a plus
  • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment
  • Oracle certifications in financemodules are an advantage
