Requirements 

·Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using Java and Spring Boot framework, with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.

·Implement and optimize solutions for real-time data processing, messaging, and event-driven architectures.

·Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

·Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to Java Spring Boot, Cloud, and other relevant technologies.

·Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.

·Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning.

Play a key role in hiring, retention, and growth of talent: attract, evaluate, coach and mentor team members.

Responsibilities 

·3+ years of experience in leading software engineering teams

·Strong knowledge of Java technologies and Springboot framework

·Excellent knowledge of cloud services..

·Solid understanding of REST APIs, System Integration, both NoSQL and RDBMS databases, Distributed Messaging, Security considerations, Cloud Infrastructure, and Performance and Scalability Profiling.

·Sound knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration platforms.

·Proven expertise in DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

·Familiar with overseeing the implementation and effectiveness of QA automation strategies, to enhance software testing processes and efficiency.

·Knowledgeable in the adoption and integration of automated testing frameworks within CI/CD pipelines, contributing to the optimization of software delivery cycles without directly managing the automation tools.

·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of forging strong collaborations across multifunctional teams to drive project success.

·Strong experience in agile development methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

·Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
