What you’ll bring 

1. 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for GTM & Technical roles.

2. You have experience working for a small, early-stage company and possess a proven track record of solving diverse recruiting challenges while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

You thrive operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and ability to handle ambiguous and uncharted situations.

3. A strong track record in recruiting Enterprise BDRs, Account Executives, Implementation, CS, Presales, CX, Marketing, Product or similar roles, particularly those serving North American markets, is highly desirable.

4. Proven ability in executing innovative sourcing strategies and conducting thorough research.

5. Should be open to work on technical hirings as well. 


Key Responsibilities

1. Independently devise and implement inbound and outbound strategies, tools, and techniques to identify and attract the best talent in the market. Excel in headhunting, networking, and innovative sales methods to convert passive candidates into active ones, aligning with the ideal candidate persona.

2. Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers across the organisation to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring targets.

3. Provide an exceptional candidate experience with a high degree of responsiveness and empathy, balancing personalised engagement with efficient pipeline management to achieve hiring goals.

4. Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to cope with the competitive market.

5. Consistently generate high-quality candidate pipelines by sourcing, managing inbound applications, leveraging employee referrals, and leading initiatives across recruiting programs, including branding, events, and hiring drives.

6. Strengthen employee branding efforts to enhance the organisation's reputation as an employer of choice, attracting top-tier talent through a compelling and consistent employer value proposition.

7. Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding campaigns across social media, industry events, and career fairs to boost visibility and appeal to potential candidates.
