Sales person

to lead and execute the sales efforts for our course books at K-12 Schools. As a Sales Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, helping build and manage a sales team, and build strong relationships with schools and educational institutions to promote and sell our course books effectively.The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales management, especially within the education sector. You should possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the school book market, and a passion for education and learning. This role requires strong communication and negotiation abilities to drive sales growth and exceed targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue for course books in schools for Grade Nursery – Grade 5Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and decision-makers to understand their needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly.Collaborate with schools to organize workshops, events, and promotional activities to showcase the benefits of our course booksInteracting with Dealers and Distributors to tie- up for Book sales and know the market and about the bestselling product and Competitors activity, solve the query regarding stock and order.Responsible for reviewing the Promotions performance, aiming to meet or exceed targetsWork closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives.Provide valuable market insights and customer feedback to contribute to the development of marketing strategiesGain a thorough understanding of our course books and educational materials to effectively address customer inquiries and promote the unique selling points of our productsRequirementsExperience in Publication House will be preferableProven experience in sales management, preferably within the education sector.Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing sales teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.In-depth knowledge of the school book market, educational trends, and customer behavior.Results oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
