About the Role


We are seeking a Mechanical Designer with a strong background in 3D modeling and design of static steel structures and mechanical systems.


In this role, you will:


  • Perform detailed 3D modeling of static steel structures and mechanical systems using Autodesk Inventor.
  • Collaborate with engineers and CAD technicians to develop concept designs based on the Design Basis document for client review.
  • Refine and fully detail the 3D model once the concept design is approved by the client, followed by the preparation of fabrication drawings.
  • Conduct quality checks of designs prepared by others within the company and provide suggestions for improvements.


What You’ll Need

  • A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the design of static steel structures and mechanical systems.
  • Strong familiarity with design standards, such as Eurocodes and DNV codes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred.
  • A problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
