Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting Manager, located in Mumbai. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the hiring process, developing recruitment strategies, and managing the recruitment team. Daily tasks include coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process. The Recruiting Manager will also be involved in employer branding, attending career fairs, and building relationships with educational institutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing
- Skills in developing recruitment strategies and managing recruitment teams
- Knowledge of employer branding and building relationships with educational institutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the facility management industry is a plus
