Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team at BeeLush Co. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, HR consulting, and maintaining employee records. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in HRGood communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of recruitment processes and techniquesFamiliarity with HR consulting practicesStrong understanding of HR policies and proceduresAbility to maintain confidentialityAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsProficiency in HR databases and systemsAbility to multitask and prioritizeBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviewsProvide HR consultation to employees on various matters, including policies, procedures, and employee relationsMaintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentialityAssist in onboarding and offboarding processesUpdate and maintain HR databases and systemsAssist in organizing employee training and development programsHandle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HRAssist in performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluationsSupport the HR team in various projects and initiativesStay updated on the latest HR trends and regulations
