Job Summary:

The Workday Certified Financial Lead - Reporting Lead will be responsible for leading the Workday Reporting team in the development and implementation of advanced reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Reporting and will be able to lead the implementation process to deliver high-quality reporting solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Workday Financial Reporting team in the development and implementation of advanced reporting solutions

Designing and configuring Workday Financials-Reporting modules

Developing and maintaining Workday Financials-Reporting reports

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and design reporting solutions and ensure project success

Provide guidance, support and mentorship to Implementation Consultants and project team

Ensure the quality and accuracy of all reporting solutions

Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday Reporting trends and best practices




Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Workday Financials - Reporting Partner Certification a must

Minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday Reporting

Strong understanding of Workday Reporting processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Workday CCB and/or Studio certificates are a plus

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They should also have a strong understanding of Workday Reporting and be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
