Responsibilities:

  • Manage major integrations in Workday Finance and Payroll areas, resolve integration-related issues.
  • Understand and own EIB architecture for finance.
  • Support end users for EIB's.
  • Handle workday security administration, granting access to finance team members.
  • Excel in Workday reporting to deliver advanced reports.
  • Resolve support tickets in integrations, security & reporting areas.
  • Identify automation opportunities for process improvements.
  • Document existing issues and provide knowledge sharing.
  • Coach Finance team members on best practices and system use.
  • Provide technical and functional insights for growth initiatives.
  • Stay updated on new releases and system features for adoption.
  • Have a desire to learn new areas within and outside workday finance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in managing workday studio-based finance integrations.
  • Strong technical expertise in design, development, and testing of workday integrations.
  • Experience in workday prism and accounting center integrations.
  • Proficiency in security administration and complex reporting in workday.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management in a technical role.
  • Support end users and troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
Attention to detail and focus on providing a positive end-user experience.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and new features in workday finance.
  • Embrace change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective communication with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Support in designing ITGC controls.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in creating complex reports with calculated fields.
  • Building custom apps in workday via workday extend.
  • Domain expertise in functional areas like Order 2 Cash, Revenue, FPA, and more.
  • Ability to integrate various accounting systems to the ERP system.
