Research on point of view for speaker opportunities & draft talking pointsSocial Media Campaigns:- Content / taglines for posts on BCCL social handles- Ideation + content + creatives for an always-on social media campaign- Curate, push and manage content on the career page on our corporate websiteAward pitches:- Facilitating creating award pitch documents- Helping identifies and pitch for renowned platformsEmployee Campaigns:- Ideation- Content + Creatives of communication and/or campaignsHR Functional Communication:- Communication Content & messaging- Create and manage communication channelsBCCL on Campus:- Curate content for campus- Provide inputs for campus engagement through-out the yearExperience and Qualification:- 3 - 4 years of experience in communication with zeal of creating social media strategy around internal & external communications.- Content Creation: Ability to independently write engaging blogs and articles and capable of developing content strategies aligned with brand objectives and trends.- Video Skills: Proficient in creating short-form video content (e.g., reels) for social media platforms.- Social Media Management: Experience in managing social media channels, driving engagement, and growing audience reach.
