Job Summary: PROPKARMAA PVT LTD is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Receptionist to join our dynamic real estate team. As the first point of contact for clients and candidates you will manage front desk operations assist with interviews and ensure the smooth flow of communication in the office. You will also be responsible for handing out forms to candidates and managing related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk & Interview Coordination:
  • Welcome visitors job candidates and clients and direct them to the appropriate areas.
  • Distribute and collect interview forms from candidates ensuring all documentation is complete.
  • Inform hiring managers of candidate arrivals and help maintain interview schedules.
  • Keep accurate logs of visitors and interviewees for HR purposes.
  • Client & Visitor Assistance:
  • Provide basic information about PROPKARMAA s services and listings to walkins.
  • Assist in scheduling property viewings and meetings with real estate agents.
  • Address inquiries from tenants property owners and candidates efficiently.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Handle phone calls emails and office communication professionally.
  • Assist with data entry filing and maintaining records related to clients and interviews.
  • Support the HR team in managing interview logistics.
  • Office Coordination:
  • Ensure smooth daily operations including managing office supplies and coordination of meetings.
  • Book meeting rooms and coordinate interview schedules with relevant departments.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelors degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role. Experience in real estate or HR is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits:
