Are you a seasoned professional with 8-12 years of experience in the IT industry, blending software and hardware knowledge? We are looking for Technical Advisors (Senior Consultants) to join our team and provide expert support and guidance in critical IT infrastructure and application migration projects.


Role: Technical Advisor (Sr. Consultant)

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Working Hours: US EST 8 AM to 4 PM

Project Type: American

Positions: Multiple


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance to migration/development analysts and engineers (no hands-on development required).
  • Offer support for infrastructure, application migration, and virtualization environments.
  • Engage cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead meetings and discussions with stakeholders.


Key Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Software, Hardware, App Infrastructure, and App Migration.
  • Mandatory : Experience with Virtualized or Private Cloud, Data Center Virtualization, and VM technologies.
  • Preferred : Knowledge of firewalls, load balancers, hyper-converged infrastructure, TLS certs, HA, DR, and other infrastructure technologies.
  • Application migration support experience on PCF/Tanzu/RedHat Openshift/Private Cloud/Data Center is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with distributed, service-oriented, microservice, or cloud-based architectures.
  • Experience with Atlassian Git, Nexus/Artifactory, Jenkins, MQ, OKTA/SSO, and application monitoring tools (Grafana, Splunk, ELK, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with a track record of working in cross-functional teams.
