Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end documentation export shipments including invoice, packing list, BL, COO, FTA, etc.
  • Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters for smooth movement of goods.
  • Ensure timely submission of pre- and post-shipment documents to banks and regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare and file shipping instructions, bill of entry, bill of lading, and other required documents.
  • Manage LC, advance payment, and open account transactions as per international trade norms.
  • Keep track of shipment status and ensure timely clearance and delivery.
  • Maintain updated records of all shipping and commercial documents for audits and compliance.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments for shipment planning and execution.
  • Perform any additional documentation or coordination tasks as assigned by the manager.
