- Attending industry events trade shows and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Providing feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Contributing to the development of sales training and educational programs.
- Utilizing CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track sales leads.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend events.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment.
- Professional and ethical conduct at all times.
- Certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
