Qualification- MBA Finance/MarketingProfile: Business Development ManagerExperience- 5- 10 yearsLocation : Mumbai(Andheri)Background- Banking/Finance(Mandate)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Analyse data to understand customer needs and preferences, and use findings to inform business development strategies.

2. Business Strategy Development: Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement effective business development strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and areas for growth.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns in a timely manner.

4. Lead Generation and Sales: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract new clients. Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business. Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

5. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company's presence and identify new opportunities. Represent the company professionally and build a network of industry contacts.

6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives. Provide leadership and support to team members as needed.

7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress, and achievements to the executive team. Analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of business development efforts.
