Lead and instruct supplier for Dextra’s standard and requirement- Assuring supplier understanding and compliance with Dextra’s SQA, ITP3. Lead on supplier quality issue- Issue NCR to supplier for supplier relate issue, Root cause identify and corrective action request- Review and approve of CAR or 8D from supplier4. Monitor periodically supplier performance- Review and report supplier number of Non-conforming periodically5. Supplier qualification, new product, new process, new supplier- Review and approve PPAP submission for new product/process/supplier qualification6. New/Current Supplier Assessment audit- Perform new supplier assessment to support sourcing strategy follow Dextra’s supplier audit standard- Plan and Perform periodically Current supplier audit7.
