Metallurgical Engineer

Metallurgy Engineer required urgently

Diploma/Degree in Metallurgy / Metallurgical Engineering with 6-8 yrs of relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards & customer specifications.
• Conduct in-process checks, first piece approval, patrol and final inspections.
• Identify and document non-conformities and support RCA, 8D, 5 Why, and FMEA.
• Maintain inspection plans, control plans, SOPs and calibration of gauges.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports and maintain quality documentation.
• Support internal/external audits and maintain audit compliance.
• Visit suppliers/vendors/customers as required.
• Provide metallurgical inputs and support process improvements.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering for resolving quality issues.
• Ensure effective 5S and adherence to quality systems/BOS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600, ₹700,000.00 per year
