Role Overview:

As the MEP Manager, you will lead the strategic planning, execution, and ongoing refinement of the site logistics plan to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery. You will monitor and report on the monthly progress of the MEP schedule, preparing accurate forecasts and making necessary adjustments to stay on track. Additionally, you will perform delay analyses and implement corrective actions to resolve any issues, ensuring the project remains on schedule and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning, implementing and updating site logistics planTrack monthly progress of schedule and prepare next month's forecast scheduleConduct delay analysis & take appropriate corrective actionProvide MEP scheduling inputs for master programmeCheck and comment construction drawings prepared by designers and shop drawings prepared by contractorsSupervise contractors work progress on site and monitor adequacy of resources and equipmentSupervise contractors work quality and compliance with design documents & codesManage interfaces on site between MEP contractors and other trade contractorsReview & comment MEP contractors billsNegotiate change orders with contractorsImplement strict Quality Control procedures on siteReport on weekly basis to PM (quality, progress)

What we are looking for:

BE (Electrical or Mechanical)Excellent hands-on knowledge of electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, and plumbing worksMinimum 15-20 years’ experience in the building construction industry in a similar managerial MEP positionExperience on projects with high standard of finishesGood ability to read & review drawings, and communicate with designersKnowledge of occupational health & safety regulations in IndiaProficient with MS Word and ExcelGood interpersonal and communication skills, and good reporting skills with management

Essential skills & Competencies:

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, able to lead international, multidisciplinary teams, and develop constructive relationships with all stakeholders.Sharp analytical mind with good problem-solving skillsSolid understanding of all hotel design disciplines and inter-discipline coordination process
