Responsibilities
Candidate sourcing
  • Identify prospect candidates for each of our specialisations via search channels and training provided by Rethink
  • Engage with prospect candidates via different technology processes to book discovery calls for the Recruitment Associates
  • Assist sourcing for recruitment projects

Personal branding
  • Built Via LinkedIn and HOXO strategy
  • Regular posting and engagement through established methodologies
  • Training provided

Requirements Requirements/Skills needed:
  • Able to write to a high standard of English
  • Confident with technology
  • Confident verbal communications
Education Requirements:
  • Data science – related tertiary qualification
  • Digital Marketing – Bacherlor's degree in Digital Marketing
  • Human Resources – Bachelor's degree in HR
  • Policy/Program/Project Management – related bachelor's
Additional Job Details:

Set-up and Location: Office-based in Ortigas Pasig City
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEST) | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time
All interviews and other hiring requirements are done virtually or through video calls or emails.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Bachelor’s/College Degree specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields. Minimum of 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience for a wide array of job verticals within the US Market. Capable of sourcing and updating candidate profiles. Experience with business development would be an advantage, ability to engage with clients on a business development level if needed Strong on the phone and has excellent written and spoken English communication skills.. Good business acumen, highly driven, results-oriented, and values harmony within a team. Experience in using ATS tools. Knowledge in sourcing candidates in LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience in volume hiring is a plus. Excellent ability to sell the role to the candidates and present the candidates to the clients. Competency using Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision. Must have a very strong ability to lead, and work as part of a team. Strong customer service and presentation skills. Pleasant personality, strong ability to create rapport. *The hiring process will take place virtually.
