Overview The SailpointIAM plays a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity ofthe organizations identity and access management. This role isinstrumental in maintaining the governance and compliance standardsof the organizations IT systems ensuring that access rights areappropriately granted andrevoked.
KeyResponsibilities
  • Implement andmaintain SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQsolutions.
  • Design develop and implement IAMsolutions and integrations with various applications andsystems.
  • Work independently on identity andaccess management presales activities such as responding to RFPsdesigning solutions and proposals and presentingsolutions.
  • Lead and architect largescale IAMsolutions including strategy roadmaps assessments vendorevaluations and implementations.
  • Manage projectdeliveries and teams to mitigate projectrisks.
  • Assist senior leadership in IAM practicedevelopment activities.
  • Interact with clientteams and help identify processimprovements.
  • Conduct research and productproof of concepts to achieve the best product functionality andlead technical initiatives.
  • Manage the identitylifecycle including access provisioning deprovisioning and accessreview processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholdersto understand and fulfil their IAMrequirements.
  • Ensure compliance with industryregulations and standards in all IAMactivities.
  • Monitor IAM infrastructure andrespond to security incidents and accessviolations.
  • Participate in the evaluation ofnew technologies and provide recommendations for enhancing the IAMenvironment.
  • Develop and maintain documentationrelated to IAM processes procedures andconfigurations.
  • Participate in identitygovernance processes and policycreation.
  • Conduct regular access reviews andensure the timely removal of unnecessaryaccess.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teamsto integrate IAM solutions into existinginfrastructure.
  • Contribute to the design anddevelopment of IAMrelated automation and orchestrationsolutions.
  • Participate in the resolution ofincidents and service requests within definedSLAs.
  • Provide support and guidance to juniormembers of the IAM team.

RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree ininformation technology computer science or relatedfield.
  • 5 years of experience in implementingand supporting SailPoint IdentityNow andIdentityIQ.
  • Deep understanding of IAM conceptsincluding access management authentication andauthorization.
  • Should have experience inimplementing multiple IAM projects in any one of the followingproducts: SavvyntIGA SailpointIIQ orSailpointIDN.
  • Practical knowledge andexperience with identity and access management identity governanceand administration technologies.
  • Proficient inprogramming and scripting languages such as Java PowerShell orPython.
  • Experience in integrating IAM solutionswith various enterprise applications anddirectories.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworkssuch as GDPR HIPAA or SOX.
  • Strong analyticaland problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complexIAM issues.
  • Excellent communication skills andthe ability to collaborate with diverse teams andstakeholders.
  • Certifications such as CISSP CISMor SailPoint IdentityNow/IQ are highlydesirable.
  • Experience in identity governancerolebased access control and privileged accessmanagement.
  • Understanding of cloudbased IAMsolutions and integrations.
  • Ability to workindependently and effectively manage multiplepriorities.
  • Proven track record of successfullydelivering IAM projects on time and withinbudget.
  • Knowledge of industry best practicesand trends in identity and accessmanagement.
  • Experience in conducting IAM riskassessments and implementing remediationstrategies.
