The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in backend engineering, with proven experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using Golang. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust APIs and microservices that drive mission-critical enterprise applications. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across engineering, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver impactful solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable backend components using GolangBuild and manage RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable, distributed systemsCollaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and deliveryWrite clean, maintainable, and secure code adhering to industry best practicesPerform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system behaviourParticipate in peer code reviews and enforce coding standards across the teamContribute to architectural decisions and technical documentationRequired Skills & Experience3–6+ years of hands-on experience in Golang developmentStrong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API designProficiency in working with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDBExperience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and KubernetesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)Solid grasp of version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket)Basic knowledge of front-end integration and web security best practicesExcellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)Knowledge of GraphQL or gRPC is a plusContributions to open-source Golang projects or active GitHub profileApplication ProcessIf you meet the above criteria and are passionate about ensuring high-performing systems, we encourage you to apply immediately.
