This mid-level, full-time role demands 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in managing and executing social media strategies. The successful candidate will be pivotal in driving and enhancing our social media presence, focusing on trading and finance-related content. Trading knowledge is a must. Qualifications and Skills Proven ability in developing and implementing effective social media strategies that align with business goals. Possess strong copywriting skills necessary for crafting engaging and informative content across platforms. Expertise in trading, specifically forex, with the ability to effectively communicate market insights. Demonstrable experience in campaign management, ensuring seamless execution and optimization for maximum impact. Proficiency in community management to foster engagement and build a loyal audience across channels. Creative flair in content creation, with the ability to tailor messages to specific audiences. Solid understanding of graphic design principles to guide the creation of visually appealing content. Must have the capability to analyze data and metrics to optimize social media strategies continuously. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that promote our brand and services in the trading arena. Create and curate engaging content tailored to various trading platforms and audiences, ensuring alignment with brand voice. Manage and execute social media campaigns, providing insights and optimizations for performance enhancements. Engage with trading communities online to enhance our presence and establish thought leadership in the industry. Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce compelling visual and written content. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions and strategy refinements. Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the trading and finance sectors to keep our strategies relevant and competitive. Continuously evaluate and enhance our social media processes and practices for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
