Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team at BigWig Media & Events Pvt Ltd. This full-time position is based in North Delhi, Central Delhi, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 6 years of work experience and will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. This mid-level position requires creativity and a keen understanding of digital marketing trends. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Buffer Social Media Management, Hootsuite, and Social Bee is mandatory for this role. Strong familiarity with brand 24, allowing for effective online brand monitoring and sentiment analysis. Experience with Later for planning and scheduling social media posts across multiple channels efficiently. Knowledge of ManyChat to design chatbot experiences that enhance user engagement and interaction. Ability to utilize Sprout Social for comprehensive social media optimization and data-driven decisions. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and transform insights into actionable strategies and improvements. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to various social media audiences. Creative mindset with an eye for design and the ability to produce visually appealing content. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with company objectives and client needs. Manage and oversee all company social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Analyze social media metrics and reporting insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance. Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and manage social media marketing projects and campaigns. Engage with followers, monitor conversations, and respond to comments to foster community and relationships. Identify and establish new opportunities for online exposure through collaborations and partnerships. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and changes in social media tools, applications, and algorithms.
