Role and Responsibilities:


Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients and brands interested across digital marketing servicing
  • Auditing accounts across meta, google, SEO, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc to identify gaps and opportunities for brands to be pitched
  • Outreach to potential clients with strong data-backed proposition
  • Develop a robust pipeline of leads through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their marketing objectives and needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customised marketplace strategies and proposals.


Sales and Pitching:


  • Create persuasive and tailored pitches to secure new business.
  • Present agency capabilities and digital marketing solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new niches and target demographics for partnerships.


Reporting and Analytics:

- Collaborate with the analytics team to provide clients with data-driven insights and performance reports.

- Use analytics to optimise Marketplace campaigns for clients and provide recommendations for improvement.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing agency
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the digital marketing or marketplace space
  • Strong understanding of marketplace trends and platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
