Purpose: The role holder will lead the enterprise applications function and work on specific solutions, digitization, underlying and supporting technologies and its implementation with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Digital Transformation Strategy :
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop a robust digitization strategy for various functions.
Ensure alignment with organizational goals and future business requirements.
Technology Planning & Implementation :
Identify and implement suitable Off-the-Shelf Products (OSP) and solutions (e.g., ERP, school management systems, data warehousing, HRIS, ZOHO).
Adopt a structured project management approach for seamless execution of initiatives.
Portfolio & Vendor Management :
Conduct portfolio management of enterprise applications, ensuring optimal utilization and performance.
Evaluate third-party services to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
Manage vendor relationships, oversee deliverables, and negotiate contracts effectively.
Team Leadership & Development :
Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering their growth and aligning their efforts with organizational priorities.
Encourage a culture of innovation and accountability within the team.
Experience and Qualification:
MBA from Top Tier B-School with 10-15 years relevant experience
Strong Project Management experience
Expertise in enterprise application management and implementation, preferable experience on Oracle EBS
Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party solutions.
Leadership and mentoring capabilities to develop high-performing teams.
