Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a System Administrator based in Bengaluru. The System Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day system administration tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, managing network administration, and overseeing information technology infrastructure.

Strong understanding of Netcool probes (e.g., MTTrapd, EIF, Email, Syslog, Message Bus).Strong knowledge on Netcool Impact, DSAs, write custom impact policiesIntegration knowledge via impact, web service, Rest APIs to other ITSM systems. Integrate Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus with other systems (e.g., ServiceNow, databases).Configure and manage the Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus system.Customize event presentation, filters, and views.Create scheduled, custom, and ad-hoc reports.Develop and maintain automation scripts using shell scripting.Automation tools integration knowledge.Very Good troubleshooting skills.Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
