Company Description We are a family-oriented restaurant that caters to different consumer groups as well. we are located in the capital of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar in the north-eastern region of India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain, to be based in Itanagar Tehsil. The Captain will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality service standards. The Captain will also coordinate with kitchen staff, address customer complaints professionally, and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in the dining area. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills Customer service and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in restaurant or hospitality management Organizational and multitasking skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus
