The Captain will also coordinate with kitchen staff, address customer complaints professionally, and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in the dining area. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills Customer service and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in restaurant or hospitality management Organizational and multitasking skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus
