Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensuring smooth execution of projects by setting up the project scope, preparing schedule, review on progress & cost.
Execution of short cycle shut down projects involving retrofits projects, exposure to domestic as well as international projects.
Close monitoring of critical path activities & escalation to ensure timely completion of activities.
Close co-ordination with construction, site and customers during shut-down.
Monitoring budget, tracking commercial documentations and cash collection.
Project status reporting, attending reviews.
Responsible for delivering customer expectations.
Contract closure in all respect.
Acting as point of contact for all internal functions and customer.
