Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Retail Analytics (Item Set up & Maintenance)
In this role, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders to update the critical information with regards to product and service which has a direct impact on business.
Responsibilities
• Setting up New Items onto any retail platform and Continuity of the Products on Oracle (RMS, ORMS) or any Tools.
• Aligning with stakeholders to update various attributes like Images, Product Descriptions, Editorial Copies from vendors which are required for Item Setup Process.
• Create and maintain Business Metadata according to the Data Governance Standards.
• Analyzing & optimizing the Daily task reports and preparing weekly reports for the business team.
• Update and maintain logistic changes for product & services and maintain a change log for the same.
• Owning business and team goals and driving team/process improvements to achieve them by any CI methodology.
• Monitor workflow and delegate work accordingly to meet the SLA.
• Handling high level escalations and managing stakeholders’ expectations. 
• Attending the weekly and monthly business meetings with the business teams and stakeholders. 

Qualifications we seek in you
Tools and Technology – Added advantage.
• MDM/Item Set up Tools, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Tableau, Power BI
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Degree/bachelor's degree/Retail/Operations Management
• Prior retail Operations domain experience and knowledge of tools
• Prior knowledge of Retail Value chain

• Ability to prioritize and organize your own workload.
• Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations.
