Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead and scale our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of proven experience in real estate sales and team management. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the real estate sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and train sales executives to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales processes, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Generate regular reports and insights for senior management.
  • Work closely with marketing and project teams to align strategies.

- Requirements:- Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market, sales strategies, and customer behavior.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
