Client Engagement: Manage and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision. Brand Communication: Clearly articulate brand requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams. Operational Management: Handle day-to-day operational tasks seamlessly. Meeting Documentation: Accurately record meeting minutes and ensure clear communication. Follow-Up: Monitor and ensure timely job delivery from internal teams. Brand Stewardship: Advocate for the brand internally, ensuring consistent messaging and information flow. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify product need gaps. Brand Custodian: Serve as the brand's guardian, maintaining its integrity and positioning. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in customer service as a Client Servicing Executive or Client Service Representative. Prior experience in an agency setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly motivated and deadline-driven.
