Company & Profile Summary: PcsInfinity Pvt. Ltd is the proud creator of Asset Infinity & Infizo a leading enterprise B2B SaaS application designed to streamline end to end Fixed Asset Lifecycle management, Inventory, Procurement, Utility etc. We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Manager for driving Customer Success for B2B Software Products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of products and services to our customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage & Track Quarterly Upsell Targets and revenue from different Zones.
- Provide Quarterly reports and updates to senior management on delivery performance related to upsell and churn.
- Manage a team of customer success Executives, Zonal Leads to ensure timely and successful delivery of our B2B SAAS Applications.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of the Products.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer success management.
Key Requirements:
- Preferable an MBA/PGDM with minimum 15 years of experience in driving customer success support for B2B Product Based Companies- ERP, CRM, HRTech etc.
- Must have exposure to Domestic & International Markets.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering products and services to customers.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
