Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel at the assigned site.
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure and personnel are alert.
  • Prepare and maintain duty rosters and ensure manpower deployment as per site requirements.
  • Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and behavior of guards.
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, or alarms and take appropriate actions.
  • Maintain detailed incident reports and daily reports for management review.
  • Train and guide new guards on SOPs, site-specific duties, and emergency protocols.
  • Act as the point of contact between the client and the security team.
  • Ensure all security equipment is functional and report any malfunctions.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the security industry.
  • Age: 25–45 years.
  • Physically fit and medically cleared.
  • No criminal background.
Skills Required:
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation.
  • Familiarity with security systems like CCTV, access control, and fire safety.
  • Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
