As a Product cloud storage, you will be at the forefront of driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product offerings. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure our product meets market needs and achieves business goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, business acumen, and hands-on leadership to steer our product's success in a competitive market. You should be expert in managing the P&L of the business and should have demonstrated successful revenue achievements in your current/past assignments.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Market Research :

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Analyze market data to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.

- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies in cloud storage.

2) Product Development :

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch.

- Develop detailed product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps.

- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

- Prioritize features, functionalities, and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand.

3) Strategy and Vision :

- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.

- Align product strategies with company goals and customer expectations.

- Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the cloud storage domain.

4) Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with product and Technology teams for shaping the product vision.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

- Present product plans, updates, and results to senior management and other stakeholders.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

5) Performance Metrics :

- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

- Conduct regular product performance reviews and adjust strategies as needed.

- Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 20 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years as a Leader focused on cloud storage or related technologies.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing cloud storage products.

- Strong understanding of cloud storage architectures, technologies, and market trends.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
