Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – HR

Key Responsibilities:

- Campus Engagement: Build strong relationships with colleges, students, and universities to identify and attract top student talent for entry-level and internship roles.- Agency Collaboration: Partner with recruitment agencies to efficiently meet immediate hiring needs and close critical roles.- Innovative Sourcing: Go beyond traditional hiring practices to source candidates through unconventional channels, leveraging social media, referrals, college communities, networks, and niche platforms.- Role Matching: Understand the unique requirements of each position to ensure the right talent is matched to the right role for long-term success.- Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs by engaging with potential candidates proactively.- Problem Solving: Act as a hiring strategist, addressing recruitment challenges with creative solutions to ensure timely and quality hires.- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics and insights to refine hiring strategies and optimize the talent acquisition process.
