Roles and Responsibilities-

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across UK clients.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple channels (job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, referrals).
  • Engage with candidates to understand their career aspirations and match them with the right opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Job Qualifications-

  • 6 months 3 years of recruitment experience in international markets (EMEA, APAC, US).
  • IT recruitment experience is mandatory (no bench sales recruitment).
  • Excellent sourcing skills (proficiency in Boolean search strings)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
