: Integration Consultant – PLM & ERP (NetSuite Focus)

About the Role

We are seeking an Integration Consultant with primary expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and NetSuite ERP integrations, along with exposure to other ERP systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical and logical integration skills with a deep understanding of the fashion supply chain and business processes. This role involves partnering closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and support seamless system integrations that drive efficiency across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilitie
s

  • Lead and execute **PLM ERP integrations** (NetSuite and other ERP systems), ensuring accuracy, scalability, and business process alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, IT, Finance, etc.) to analyze requirements, identify integration touchpoints, and design solutions.
  • Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation between PLM, ERP, and other connected systems.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve integration issues with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Document integration logic, workflows, and technical specifications for maintainability and scalability.
  • Ensure system processes reflect best practices in the fashion supply chain.
  • Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and new integrations as business needs evolve.
  • Provide user support and training related to integrations and workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–7 years of experience in system integrations, with hands-on expertise in NetSuite ERP and PLM systems** (WFX, Centric, PTC FlexPLM, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of fashion supply chain workflows including product development, sourcing, costing, BOMs, purchase orders, and production processes.
  • Proficiency with integration tools, APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), middleware, and data mapping.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, or middleware platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on experience implementing or supporting PLM NetSuite ERP integrations.
  • Exposure to other ERP platforms (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ERP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data governance, data migration, and process automation.
  • Fashion or apparel industry background strongly preferred.
