Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hub Manager to lead our dynamic co-working community at The Address Co-working Space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the overall success of our hub.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hub, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for members
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities, including coordinating with vendors and contractors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with members to understand their needs and provide tailored support and resources
- Handle member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases, including member information and sales data
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a co-working or shared office environment or hotel management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
