Job Description

Be part of a growing team that is successfully implementing the most advanced and intelligent technologies for our customers. We are looking for a Intelligent Automation Consulting Director  (m/f/d) to join our office in Hamburg, Nuremberg or Munich . We also offer remote work within Germany.


Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include:

  • Be part of the regional leadership team and take responsibility for driving the Roboyo Growth journey forward
  • Develop long-term client relationships and help drive the business development and sales process for both new and existing clients
  • Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements with a focus on automation, digital transformation, and operational excellence
  • Lead teams to scope, plan, execute and deliver client engagements on time and budget
  • Be a trusted and strategic advisor to our clients to help them adopt an “Automation First” approach to maximize value from Intelligent Automation.
  • Guide our clients to identify automation opportunities, evaluate the associated added value for our clients, and assist in the development of their automation roadmap.
  • Coach and mentor Consultants and Consulting Manager
  • Prepare and run client workshops
  • Contribute to overall Roboyo thought leadership
  • Be a visible leader in our global Consulting practices and support the strategic and operational development and growth of our consulting organization locally and globally
  • Travel and meetings with customers as needed

Requirements Experience, skills, and qualities you’ll need to do what you love at Roboyo: 
  • The ideal candidate will be curious, analytical, and confident, with a natural “entrepreneurial” drive to find solutions and overcome obstacles
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with the strong undergraduate academic record.  MBA and/or Advanced degree is preferred
  • Minimum 10+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years’ experience in a consulting environment with business development and delivery responsibilities
  • Ideally experience with Intelligent Automation and Digital Transformations
  • Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role)
  • Ability to project executive presence and professionalism sufficient to interact with C-level executives
  • Demonstrates consistent career progression with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team-building and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of operation optimization, process analysis, process modeling or process automation
  • Experience in one of the following functional areas is advantageous: Finance, Purchasing, Marketing/Customer Relationship Management, Application Maintenance and Support, Supply Chain Management
  • Very good MS Office knowledge, especially PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel as required as required
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in German and English
