We specialize in Digital Payments operating as Technology Service Provider to Regulated entities and providing Payment Platform to Industry – empowered by payment processing engine, Financial Super app, Risk Intelligence engine and digital merchant solution.While we drive 3% of global digital transaction volume for over 100+ clients, we aim to increase our market share by 5X in next five years through innovation and industry first initiatives.What will you doWe are seeking a strong Team Lead – GUI with experience in Node.js and Angular to lead frontend initiatives and development across critical fintech platforms. This role requires someone who not only codes but leads and motivates a team of frontend developers and architects scalable, secure, and efficient web applications.Job responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of frontend developers, conducting code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.Architect, design, and implement scalable web applications using Node.js and Angular frameworks.Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-impact features.Drive technical decisions, ensure adherence to best practices, and resolve architectural and performance issues.Oversee sprint planning, task assignments, and Agile ceremonies.Ensure code quality, maintainability, and security standards are followed.Identify and mitigate risks early in the development cycle and suggest technical improvements.Integrate web services and APIs, especially RESTful services.Promote innovation, continuous learning, and the use of latest tools/technologies like Docker, GitHub Actions, and monitoring frameworks.Support project estimations, documentation, and ensure timely delivery of features/modules.Foster a collaborative and performance-driven environment within the team.What are we looking for:Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Deep experience with Angular (v6+ preferred), RxJS, and Angular CLI.Expertise in Node.js with Express and understanding of middleware and server-side scripting.Solid understanding of front-end tools and build systems such as Webpack, npm, etc.Experience in RESTful API integration and working with backend teams on API design.Version control expertise using Git (GitHub/GitLab).Knowledge of responsive design, browser compatibility, and performance optimization.Familiarity with databases like MongoDB, MySQL.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex frontend systems across multiple releases.Fintech or banking domain exposure is an added advantage.Analytical thinking, strong judgment, and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate, and own your work.Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.Collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organizational goals.Education Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Total / Relevant Experience – 8 to 12 yearsIndustry - IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /FintechWork arrangement – 5 days working from officeLocation – NoidaWhat do we offer:An organization where we strongly believe in one organization, one goal.A fun workplace which compels us to challenge ourselves and aim higher.A team that strongly believes in collaboration and celebrating success together.Benefits that resonate ‘We Care’.If this opportunity excites you, we invite you to apply and contribute to our success story.
