Position Title: People HR Shared Service (Background Verification)

Experience required - 2 - 4 Years

Location - Gurgaon (Hybrid - 3 Days - Work from Office)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Continuously evolve and meet the SLAs,drive adoption, change management and communication.- Participate in team level initiatives/ projects · Work in cross functional projects within People Success- Ensure all HRSS activities are done as per SLAs and timelines defined in SOPs- Managing SLAs with Vendor Delivery- All Project specific queries responded on time in accordance with the SLA- Ensure complete delivery and communication is maintained with POCs in Business.- Able to manage escalations, exceptional cases and complex issues with limited supervision- Self – motivated, disciplined and a strong focus towards Client satisfaction.- Actively participate in delivering company-wide events, training programs

BGC Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for facilitating background check screening process for New Hires, Contractor staff and project/client specific requirements.- Manage issues with the vendor in the final report, challenging the accuracy of information contained in the background check.- Understanding of conducting, evaluating and investigating on information presented by applicants as part of the new hire process via employment application, adjudication of investigative results in the furtherance of risk mitigation.- Ensure task completion, and maintain compliance standards with local and national laws in each area of operation as they pertain to background screenings, investigations, and their impact on employment. o Work with Global HRSS & Technology Teams on system & tool enhancements in order to create streamlined processes

SKILL REQUIREMENTS .

- Qualitative and Quantitative Analytical skills- Multitasking and meeting deadlines · Team player- Process and result oriented- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access & Outlook)- Strong customer service orientation · Able to handle, with maturity, escalations, work pressure in demanding situations- Ability to evaluate priority and multi-task accordingly- Should have working knowledge of HR Shared services or HR Operational Processes
