This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 7 to 10 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing civil engineering projects with a strong focus on leadership, risk management, and contract administration. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in project management within civil engineering for 7 to 10 years. Proficient in risk management with the ability to identify, evaluate, and manage risks throughout project life cycles (Mandatory skill). Strong contract administration skills, including preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts (Mandatory skill). Exceptional leadership and team management abilities to lead diverse teams toward project completion (Mandatory skill). Proficiency in using AutoCAD for creating detailed engineering plans and designs. Experience with project scheduling using Primavera P6 to ensure timely project delivery. Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore for effective project tracking and reporting. Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to facilitate efficient project collaboration and information sharing. Expertise in cost estimation for budgeting and financial planning of engineering projects. Roles and Responsibilities Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets. Lead project planning sessions and prepare comprehensive project proposals that align with client requirements. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with client specifications. Implement risk management strategies and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct project reviews and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver optimal project outcomes. Monitor progress and performance of project teams and contractors, providing guidance and support as necessary. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and other relevant records.
