It is also essential to keep in touch with freight forwarders professionals from logistics companies' retailer units and manufacturers. The environment in which an export import manager working is rapidly changing and is very fast paced.Primary Responsibilities.Should prepare and Handle Documentation.Liase with Banks on payments and EBRCs.Liase with Port authorities.Handle bulk as well as containerised shipments.Liase with Lines, Forwarders and transporters on shipment despatches.Evolve strategies for cost reduction, on-time performance and adhere to all regulatory compliances.Prepare MIS reports.
