Education Qualification: Relevant degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field


Years of Experience: 3 to 4 years


Accountable and Responsible for :


1. Dispatch Management: - Coordinate and manage the dispatch of goods to ensure timely deliveries. - Oversee the preparation and verification of dispatch documents. - Communicate with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.

2. Export Documents Submission: - Prepare accurate export documentation as per the regulatory requirements. - Ensure timely submission and processing of export documents. - Maintain records of all export-related documentation.

3. EXIM (Export-Import) Matters: - Handle all EXIM-related activities ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. - Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clearing agents. - Manage documentation for EXIM operations, including Bill of Entry, shipping bills, etc.

4. Compliance and Regulations: - Ensure compliance with national and international logistics regulations. - Stay updated with changes in export-import policies and procedures.

5. Reporting and Documentation: - Maintain accurate logs and reports of dispatched goods and export transactions. - Generate and analyse logistics and supply chain reports for management review.

6. Customer and Stakeholder Communication: - Liaise with customers to inform them about shipment statuses and resolve any logistics-related issues. - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.



Preferred Qualifications:


1. Hands-on experience in handling export documentation.

2. Good knowledge of logistics procedures and regulations.

3. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
