As a member of the CAS team, you will support our clients to use learning as a strategic lever. We achieve this by helping our clients Align, Create, Learn & Perform:

• Align their talent and learning function to the business strategy, defining the capabilities and skills needed to execute their strategy in the short and long term.
• Optimize their use of available learning technologies, processes and tools, which allow learning and talent teams to create and deliver programs and interventions at scale, build crucial skills and drive performance.
• Provide the building blocks of a learning culture, based on a deep understanding of employees’ needs, where team members can unlock their potential with meaningful learning experiences and growth opportunities.

You will be responsible for

• Confident Decision-Making: Make confident decisions based on thorough analysis to drive business success.
• Providing Technically Informed Insights: Articulate informed opinions on cutting-edge technologies and their impact on emerging business models within a specific domain.
• Project Leadership and Delivery Excellence: Lead projects and provide strategic direction across the account to ensure a superior client experience.
• Executive Presence: Project confidence, establish credibility, and influence clients at all organizational levels.
• Financial Acumen: Leverage financial information and business cases to garner support for proposed solutions.
• Bringing a Global Perspective: Adapt a global approach to networking, building eminence, and assembling teams to best serve clients.
• Innovative Solutions: Generate innovative ideas and translate them into profitable business opportunities for both clients and the organization.
• ROI Optimization: Advise clients to make decisions that positively impact return on investment, while offering subject matter expertise on sector trends and best practices.

• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams at various levels.
